Red Snapper In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 1/2 lb.) snapper fillets
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Place fish in center of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Mix margarine, lemon juice, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Pour over fish and make tent of foil.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Open foil and add wine; reclose and bake 10 minutes.
    Open and allow to bake, uncovered, 10 minutes or until done.
    Garnish with parsley and lemon.
