Pizza Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mixed Italian herbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    6 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Mix thoroughly.
    Divide the meat mixture into thirds.
    Pat one third in bottom of 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Cover with half of cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with the meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
