Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
    2 c. zucchini, coarsely grated
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, sugars, oil and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients.
    Fold in zucchini, pineapple, raisins and nuts until mixed.
    Pour into 2 lightly greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake 55 minutes.
