Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. canned tomatoes, mashed
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix dry mustard, salt and pepper with flour and pound into steak.
    Melt shortening on medium heat and brown on both sides. Place in a baking dish.
    Combine onions, tomatoes, sauce and brown sugar.
    Pour over steak and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Serves 6 to 8
