Country Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix buttermilk, margarine and eggs.
    Pour over yolk mixture, then over the dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Fry in medium hot skillet or griddle.
