Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed or dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. fennel seed
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick cure
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, add water and liquid smoke.
    Mix well. Divide in 2 portions, making 2 rolls 2 to 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
    Roll in foil.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Unroll and bake on rack 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Shut off oven and leave in oven 20 minutes to drain fat.
    Roll in new foil.
    Slice as desired, when wanted.
