Pilgrim Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix until smooth and place in pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 on cookie sheet on lower shelf in oven until knife inserted in filling comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
