Carolyn'S Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. flour (plain)
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In heavy saucepan, bring the water and butter to a full, rolling boil.
    Stir in flour all at once.
    Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves the edges of the pan and forms a ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat until smooth and velvety.
