Garlic Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 bulbs garlic
    same amount diced potatoes
    chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil garlic in water.
    Drain off water.
    Add same amount of potatoes and cover slightly with chicken broth.
    Cook until potatoes are done.
    Pour into blender and blend until creamy. Pour into serving bowls and serve with croutons.
    May garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
