Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 lb. sausage
    2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked rice, rinsed and drained
    1 c. sauerkraut
    2 small cans tomatoes (Ragu sauce may be substituted for tomatoes)
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    2 or 3 large heads cabbage
Preparation
    Mix hamburger or ground beef, sausage, rice and seasonings; set aside.
