Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. shortening
4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour, salt and sugar.
Combine egg, water and vinegar.
Pour liquid into flour mixture all at once. Blend just until flour is all moistened.
Refrigerate as mixture will be soft.
Ready to roll out when you can press firmly into a ball.
