Oysters Rockefeller - cooking recipe

1/3 c. finely chopped fennel bulb or celery
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 c. chopped fresh spinach
1 Tbsp. Anisette, Pernod or water
several drops bottled hot pepper sauce
dash of pepper
1/2 c. seasoned or plain, fine, dry bread crumbs
24 oysters (in shells), shucked
4 tsp. margarine or butter, melted
