Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 red pepper, cut up
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
    3 c. cold, cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. dark sesame oil
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown beef, garlic and ginger over medium heat, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Mix will be crumbly.
    Drain beef of oil. Put in bowl; set aside.
    In same skillet, heat vegetable oil. Stir in pepper and pea pods for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil.
    Mix well.
    Add beef; heat about 5 minutes.
    Stir in onion.
    Garnish as desired.
    Makes four 1 1/2-cup servings.
