Lemon-Caper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
    2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    pepper
    4 Tbsp. capers
    4 to 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 to 1 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Flour chicken and brown.
    Remove chicken and keep warm.
    Add salt and pepper to pan.
    Add capers and lemon juice. Cook and stir 1 minute.
    Add bouillon; cook and stir for 1 minute. Put chicken back in and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add water as needed to prevent from going dry.
    Serves 6 to 8.
