Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Pillsbury crescent roll dough
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    pepper
    2 c. (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 c. ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
    Put 5 triangles in 9-inch pie plate, pressing together to form crust.
