Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Dip chicken pieces into egg and roll in mixture of crumbs, cheese, garlic and salt.
Coat well.
Arrange chicken in microwavable 2-quart dish with larger pieces at corners, skin side up.
Cook 20 to 25 minutes (or until chicken is done and tender) in microwave/convection oven at 7 Combination power or at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes in oven.
