White Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. bacon or sausage, save 3 to 4 Tbsp. grease
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    3/4 to 1 c. water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook bacon or sausage in frying pan.
    Sift in heaping tablespoonfuls of flour into saved grease, stirring the whole time so lumps won't form.
    Brown flour.
    Add milk.
    Add water.
    Salt to taste (add a little and then taste until you get it like you like it).
    Cook over medium heat until gravy thickens.
