Freckled Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boned, skinned chicken or turkey breast, cut in bite-size pieces
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed
    1 (15 oz.) can navy beans, rinsed
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney or chili beans, undrained
    1 can whole tomatoes (undrained)
    1 (10 oz.) can chopped tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of hot sauce (if desired)
Preparation
    Best served on second day!
