Sausage Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. each: margarine and olive oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
3 oz. thinly sliced Provolone cheese
3 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 oz. cooked sausage
1 loaf frozen bread dough
Preparation

In small saucepan, heat margarine and oil together until bubbly and mixture is hot; add garlic and saute until golden brown, about 1 minute.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Press bread dough into a 17 x 10-inch rectangle.
Using pastry brush, brush dough with half of the garlic mixture.
Arrange Provolone cheese over dough.
Top with sausage, then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Firmly press cheeses and sausage into dough.
Starting from wide end, roll dough jelly roll fashion to enclose filling.
Pinch each narrow end to seal and tuck ends underneath loaf.
Transfer loaf, seam side down, to nonstick baking pan.
Using pastry brush, brush remaining garlic mixture over bread.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes (until golden brown).
If bread is browning too quickly, cover with foil.
Transfer bread to wire rack and let cool 15 minutes before serving.
Cut into 16 equal slices.
