Winter Vegetable Medley(Ready In 1 Hour) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts, halved
    1/2 lb. parsnips, peeled and cut into 1/2 cubes (optional)
    1/2 lb. fresh baby carrots
    1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 medium red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 medium white potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. dried sage
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Place vegetables in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the butter, sage and garlic; drizzle over vegetables. Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Yield: 8 servings.
