Meat And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 cans mixed vegetables
    5 beef bouillon cubes
    1 onion
    water
    1 can green peas
    salt and pepper
    5 baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
Preparation
    In
    a large pot, brown chuck and onions.
    Drain grease. Add
    8 cups of water, bouillon cubes and potatoes.
    Bring to a boil. Cook
    over
    medium heat until potatoes are almost done. Add
    mixed vegetables.
    Cook for 10 more minutes and add peas. Simmer
    10 minutes.
    If
    too
    thick, add a little more water. Serve with bread.
