Barbecued Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) chuck roast
    1 1/4 c. beef broth
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. catsup
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. orange marmalade
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Place roast in a large Dutch oven, add water to cover.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Uncover and cook an additional hour.
    Remove and discard fat and bone from roast.
    Chop meat and set meat aside. Combine beef broth and remaining ingredients in Dutch oven, bring to a boil.
    Stir in meat, reduce heat and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
