Eggs Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 English muffins, split
1 stick butter, softened
8 slices Canadian bacon (optional)
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
8 eggs
1/2 c. light cream
Preparation

Cook and drain spinach according to package directions. Spread cut side of English muffin with 1 tablespoon butter each. Place cut side up in a single layer in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Top each muffin with a slice of Canadian bacon. Make a nest of drained spinach on top of each slice of bacon. Carefully break an egg into each nest.
Top each with a tablespoon of cream.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven until eggs are set, 15 to 20 minutes.
