Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced rhubarb
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sour milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb with 3/4 cup sugar; let stand.
    Cream eggs, shortening and sugar.
    Add the rest of the ingredients, then mix with rhubarb.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
