Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

2 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 Egg
3/4 Cup Egg Substitute
1 (15 oz. Can) Pumpkin
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. In another bowl combine the egg-egg substitute, pumpkin and applesauce and oil.
Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.
Stir into chocolate chips.
Coat muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray. Fill 2/3 full with batter.
Bake at 400 for 18-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes on wire rack.
