Smoked Sausage Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 medium size zucchini, cut lengthwise into halves and then sliced
    1 tbsp. margarine
    1 8 oz. can stewed tomatoes with juice
    1 2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    16 oz. smoked sausage, cut into pieces
    1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
Preparation
    Saute carrots and zucchini in margarine in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    Add tomatoes with juice, mushrooms, water, basil, thyme and sausage.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and remove from heat let stand for 8 minutes, stir once after 4 minutes.
