Cracklin Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. bacon drippings
1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. cracklings
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; stir in eggs and buttermilk.
Add cracklings and bacon drippings.
Mix well.
Pour batter into hot greased black skillet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
