Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef roast (3 to 5 lb.)
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 can green chilies
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    dash of salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Slow cook pot roast.
    When roast is done, separate into shreds.
    Remove grease from slow cooker.
    Place roast back in slow cooker.
    Add the oregano, basil, salt and pepper; mix.
    Place the bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup water; place in microwave.
    Heat until cubes dissolve.
    Add mix to roast.
    Dice or puree green chilies; add to roast.
    Add Tabasco to taste.
    Slow cook (simmer) for a couple of minutes to allow beef to season.
