Miracle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. chopped lemon peel or citron
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Cut butter into flour with blender or fork.
    Sift together sugar and remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add tomato soup and beat until mixture is smooth and creamy pink.
    Add fruit and nuts.
    Beat and mix well.
    Pour into well buttered tube pan (8-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Spread with cream cheese frosting.
