Stuffed Rolled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fillet chicken breasts
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese
    2 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 medium size onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 oz. cooking sherry
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers in butter and sherry.
    Put on top of lightly browned chicken.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 of both kinds of cheese and roll into single rolls.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and add remaining cheese; return to oven until cheese is melted.
    Serves 2.
