Cheesy Potato Boat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large baking potato
1/4 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Prick the potato with a fork.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
Cut potato in half lengthwise when cool enough to handle.
Scoop the potato center into a bowl.
Be careful not to break the potato skin!
Mash the potato with fork or mixer.
Stir in the shredded cheese and milk.
Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins. Then put the potato back into the oven for another 15 minutes. Makes 2 potato boats.
Make boats using a cheese slice for a sail and a toothpick for the mast.
Or, happy faces can be made with olives as the eyes and pimiento pieces for a mouth.
