Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. diced apples
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
Add to egg mixture and mix well.
Work in nuts and apples.
Batter will be very stiff. Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
