Aunt Mary'S Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cranberries, stems removed
    1 c. orange juice (water may be used instead)
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    In covered pan, cook cranberries in orange juice until berries burst.
    Strain fruit while still hot, using strainer attachment on mixer or push through sieve with wooden spoon like Aunt Mary did. Stir sugar into hot fruit until dissolved, but do not cook after adding the sugar.
    This must not be cooked after adding the sugar. Pour into 1 large or several small molds and chill until set. Serves 8.
