Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic bud
    1/2 c. water
    12 frozen tortillas
    15 oz. grated cheese
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 can chopped chili peppers
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic, drain grease.
    Add enchilada sauce.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    In saucepan, heat soup, chili pepper and water.
    Grease baking dish and line with tortillas, cut into quarters.
    Add in layers meat, soup and cheese.
    Start over with tortillas, ending with cheese on top.
    Cover, let set 1 hour, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
