Ingredients

2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can ripe olives, drained and chopped
crackers, breadsticks and/or French bread
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped stuffed olives
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except crackers. Transfer to an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are bubbly and lightly browned.
Serve with crackers, breadsticks and/or French bread. Yield: 6 cups.
