1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. grated zucchini
2/3 c. honey
1 egg
1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
