Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    4 c. canned Italian plum tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
Preparation
    In a large pan, saute onion, green pepper, celery and garlic in oil.
    Add sausage and beef; brown.
    Add tomatoes, paste, water and all of the herbs.
    Cook for at least 1 hour.
