Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil together and cream well.
Sift flour, soda and cinnamon.
Mix well and add to other ingredients.
Fold in carrots last.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes 3 layers. (Grease and flour cake pans before putting in cake mixture.)
