Easy Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. regular flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine raisins and baking soda. Add boiling water. Cool 30 minutes.
    Mix flour, sugar and salt. Stir in raisin mixture, egg and oil.
    Pour into pan. Bake until golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan.
    Store well wrapped.
