Cheese Grits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. grits
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
small amount of cayenne pepper
Preparation

Bring water and salt to boil. Put in grits and stir until liquid is absorbed. Stir in butter. Add cheese, eggs, and cayenne pepper. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
