1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Finely shred enough peel from orange to measure 1 teaspoon. Squeeze enough juice from orange to measure 1/2 cup juice.
