Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

egg roll wraps
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. bean sprouts
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. white cooking wine
2 tsp. ginger root
2 tsp. parsley
meat (cooked diced chicken, ham, turkey, pork, ground beef or shrimp)
Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Add enough vegetables and meat to each egg roll wrap.
Wrap securely and use a water/flour base to seal corners.
Deep fat fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
