Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    3 cans beef bouillon
    1 can water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms and onion in butter until onion is tender. Sprinkle with flour and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir in bouillon, water, salt and bay leaf and simmer 10 minutes.
    Just before serving, remove bay leaf; stir in sour cream.
    Heat but do not boil.
    Serves 6.
