Tuna, Lemon Pasta Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pasta, cooked and drained (bows or shells or other)
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 large can light tuna, drained
    1/8 to 1/4 c. canola oil
    1 c. pitted black olives, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 minced garlic clove (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a frypan, saute onion and garlic in oil until transparent. Add tuna and olives.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Heat on low until ready to mix into pasta.
    Serves 4.
