Chicken Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. egg noodles
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
4 c. chicken broth
5 c. cubed cooked chicken
4 c. cottage cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook egg noodles according to package; set aside.
Melt butter.
Blend in flour, salt, pepper and basil; cook until smooth.
Slowly add broth; stir until sauce is thick and bubbly. Stir in chicken; set aside.
