Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts (walnuts)
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw grated carrot
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Add eggs, sugar, carrots, coconut, nuts, raisins, oil and vanilla; mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Let stand 20 minutes before baking.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
