Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. hash browns with onions
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with very hot water; let stand 5 minutes. Drain potatoes on paper towels.
    Mix all ingredients; drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot well-greased griddle.
    Cook 3 minutes on each side until brown.
    Makes 16 cakes.
