2 lb. beef round, cubed
1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 (14 oz.) can whole new potatoes, drained
Preparation

Layer beef cubes and mushrooms in large casserole.
Sprinkle any soup mix over mushrooms.
Spoon mushroom soup on top.
Arrange carrots and potatoes around edge of casserole.
Bake, tightly covered, at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
