Gingerbread Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. light molasses
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Put paper liner into two standard muffin pans.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Fill muffin cups half-way full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool muffins.
Serve warm or when cool, store in plastic bags or in freezer.
