Triple Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Bring Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and Blue cheese to room temperature.
    In small mixing bowl, combine cheeses; beat well. Blend in milk.
    Chill until ready to serve.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
    Makes about 2 cups.
